1 day course: 10am - 4pm

Create a traditional still-life floral oil painting with renowned oil artist Penny German.

Following traditional approaches in the application of oil paint, you will spend the day working from a still life floral set up.  Penny will demonstrate and explain the importance of composition and lighting to achieve the best possible colours and shapes. You will explore the principals of negative space, blocking in and refining alongside colour mixing and colour temperature.  Penny will be on hand with lots of demonstration and one-to-one guidance throughout the day.
